Not like a package. Not like a checklist. Like an actual reflection of your love, your people, and the life you're building together. Here's how I help make that happen in St. Augustine.
You said yes, and now the planning begins. Full planning is for the couple who wants to hand the reins to someone who genuinely cares about getting every detail right. From your very first vision session to the moment you walk down the aisle, I'm with you through every decision, every vendor call, and every beautiful detail in between. We'll build your wedding from the ground up, together.
I know St. Augustine's venues, vendor community, and hidden gems inside and out, which means you get the best of this city without spending months researching it yourself.

full planning
Maybe you've already booked your venue. Maybe you have a Pinterest board that's starting to feel like a second job. Partial planning is for the couple who has done some of the work but knows they need a professional to step in, take stock of where things stand, and make sure everything comes together beautifully. You don't have to start over. You just need the right person in your corner.
Once we connect, I'll get fully up to speed on everything you've already put in place, fill in what's missing, and take the logistics off your plate entirely.

Partial Planning
You've done the work. You've chosen the flowers, confirmed the caterer, and color-coded the timeline. Day-of coordination is for the couple who has it all figured out but knows that executing it while also, you know, getting married, is a lot to ask of themselves. This is where I come in. I'll take everything you've built and make sure it runs exactly as planned, down to the last detail.
Starting about 6 weeks before your wedding, I'll step in to review every contract, confirm every vendor, and build a comprehensive day-of timeline. On your wedding day, I'm the one with the checklist so you can be the one with the champagne.

Day-Of Coordination
[Customize your response based on your business: e.g., "I am always personally present at every wedding I take on" or "For larger weddings, I bring a lead assistant who is equally briefed on every detail."]
As soon as possible, especially if you have a specific date or venue in mind. Popular St. Augustine venues book up quickly, particularly in the spring and fall. Most full planning clients book [X] to [X] months out. Day-of coordination clients typically book [X] months out at minimum.
That depends on your package, but you'll never feel like you're on your own. Full planning clients hear from me regularly throughout the entire process. Day-of clients can expect active check-ins starting about 6 weeks out.
A venue coordinator works for the venue. Their job is to make sure the venue side of things runs smoothly. A wedding planner works for you, which means I'm looking out for your whole day, every vendor, every detail, from start to finish.
She thought of things we never would have considered and somehow made the entire day feel completely effortless. From our first call, I knew she was the one. She got our vision immediately and never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions.
